Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will manage client relationships, identify potential leads, and communicate the value of design services to prospective customers. Primary responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing consultations, following up with inquiries, and supporting the sales strategy to increase customer acquisition and satisfaction. The candidate will work closely with designers and other team members to align sales efforts with the studio's vision and goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of interior design concepts and the ability to convey them to clients
  • Organizational and time-management skills for effective handling of multiple client accounts
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and other sales tools
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the design or home improvement industries, is a plus
