- We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who can help us scale our offline and B2B presence across retail, distributors, and partnerships.
- You will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers, while expanding Arham Organic's footprint across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers & stockists
- Drive offline sales growth across Gujarat and other target markets
- Build relationships with:
- Modern trade stores
- Organic/health stores
- Gyms, wellness centers, cafes
- Manage B2B partnerships & bulk orders
- Execute sales targets and expansion strategies
- Coordinate with marketing team for in-store promotions & activations
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Ensure timely collections and relationship management
Who We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG / Organic / Food Sales
- Strong network in retail or distributor ecosystem (bonus)
- Hustler mindset – comfortable with field sales & cold outreach
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Passion for health, wellness & clean eating products
