We provide a one-stop shop for Apple products, accessories, and services, offering expert assistance from well-trained staff and authorized technicians. Customers can access personalized training sessions, one-on-one support, and special in-store events for purchasing and learning about Apple devices such as iPhones, Macs, iPads, Apple Watches, and AirPods.

: Job location is Bangalore ( retail store )

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Apple products and accessories. Daily responsibilities include maintaining high-quality customer service, assisting in-store guests, achieving sales targets, and staying up to date with the latest products and services. The role also involves maintaining product displays and fostering positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate Apple products, software, and applications
  • Basic technical knowledge and the ability to assist customers with hardware and software-related inquiries
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and handling customer concerns with professionalism
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving product catalogs and promotions
  • Prior retail experience, particularly with technology or consumer electronics, is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
