Role Description

The Sales Executive position is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The individual will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, explaining product features, and addressing customer inquiries to facilitate vehicle sales. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing essential sales documentation. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to engage with customers and close sales effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive client relationships
• Customer service skills, with a passion for providing high-quality support and addressing customer needs
• Understanding of the automotive industry and a proactive approach to staying updated on market trends
• Basic proficiency in documentation and familiarity with CRM tools
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Fluency in local languages and English is preferred
• Prior experience in automotive sales or a related industry is an advantage.
