Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Coimbatore. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving lead generation strategies. The specialist will conduct market research, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and solutions. The individual will play a key role in executing strategic plans to achieve the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and propose actionable business strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
  • Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and nurture potential business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Market Research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
  • Customer Service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and addressing client needs effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a related role is an advantage
