About the Role
The Sales Executive will handle commercial property sales and leasing by connecting business clients, investors, and buyers with suitable office, retail, and showroom spaces. The role includes sourcing new inventory, generating leads, conducting market research, and managing end-to-end client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads from multiple sources such as online listings, referrals, and field visits
- Connect with businesses and investors, understand requirements for sale or lease
- Conduct regular market research to identify new commercial projects and available inventory
- Build relationships with brokers and channel partners to expand property supply
- Schedule and conduct property visits for clients
- Explain property details and support clients in evaluating options
- Negotiate both sale and lease terms and coordinate between owners, tenants, and buyers
- Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and deal movement in internal records
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accuracy of property details
- Achieve monthly targets set by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial property leasing or real estate sales
- Strong understanding of Ahmedabad commercial markets and business zones
- Good client communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
Required Skills
- Experience in both commercial sales and leasing is required
