Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Executive with experience 1-2 years and freshers are also welcome.

The Sales Executive will handle client acquisition, nurture customer relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and promote the company's range of pneumatic components and solutions. Responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, maintaining records, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the technical team to deliver customized solutions for client requirements. Regular visits to clients sites and monitoring market trends will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and account management
  • Strong technical acumen, particularly in pneumatic systems, automation, or industrial products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in industrial product sales, particularly in pneumatics or automation, is highly desirable, Freshers are also welcome.
