Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves engaging potential customers via calls, emails, and online platforms to promote and sell Infinity Learn's products and services. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, identifying leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to better understand offerings and align strategies.

Qualifications
  • Sales and customer engagement skills, including experience in handling prospect inquiries, pitching products, and closing deals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales or EdTech is an added advantage
