Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role of a Sales Executive based in the Rajkot Taluka area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing solutions tailored to client needs. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market research to identify trends, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with the technical and manufacturing teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular client visits, negotiations, and networking to expand business opportunities will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales strategies
- Knowledge of agriculture, greenhouse structures, or related sectors is highly desirable
- Analytical thinking, market research, and business development skills
- Organization, time management, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and report preparation
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in agriculture or engineering is an advantage
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Rajkot region is a plus
