Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage concrete admixture business in assigned territory, focusing on retail sales and achieving monthly targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions through our range of construction chemical products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product launches.
  • Achieve revenue growth by increasing sales volume, improving pricing strategies, and expanding distribution channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in admixture sales or related field (construction chemicals).
  • Strong understanding of building materials such as cement, admixture sales , concrete sales,
  • steel, tiles etc., along with knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
