Job description
We're looking for sharp, driven Sales Executives to help us scale our client base across DTC and e-commerce brands. This is an occasional client-facing role.
What You'll Do
Drive end-to-end sales: prospecting → pitching → closing
Build and manage a strong pipeline across DTC/e-commerce
Understand client needs and position our performance marketing solutions
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals & pitches
Track activities and outcomes in CRM
Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
What You Need
1–4 years of sales experience
Experience in DTC, performance marketing, or agency setups is a strong plus
Solid understanding of digital marketing basics
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
Self-driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable to visit Kolkata office at regular intervals
Good to Have
Existing network of DTC founders/marketers
Experience selling digital/marketing services
