About the Role
We are looking for Sales Executives / Sales Engagement Associates with 6 months to 2 years of experience who are confident communicators and proactive in outbound sales.
The core responsibility of this role is cold calling, lead engagement, and fixing qualified appointments with decision-makers for our consulting and branding services.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, understand consultative selling, and grow into strategic business development roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling (Core Responsibility)
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients across target industries
- Introduce Aaytham Consulting's services clearly and professionally
- Identify the right decision-makers (Founders, Directors, Principals, MDs, Admin Heads, etc.)
- Qualify leads based on relevance, need, and readiness
- Fix meetings / appointments for senior consultants and leadership team
2. Prospecting & Research
- Build and maintain a structured prospect list
- Conduct basic research on prospects to understand:
- Industry and business context
- Potential pain points and opportunity areas
- Prioritize prospects based on defined criteria
3. Client Communication & Follow-ups
- Follow up consistently via calls, emails, and WhatsApp where applicable
- Maintain a professional communication flow until the meeting is confirmed
- Update internal trackers and CRM with call outcomes and lead status
4. Internal Coordination
- Share clear and accurate briefs with the consulting/proposal team after meetings are fixed
- Support senior team members with background information on prospects
- Assist in ensuring smooth handover once a lead moves into proposal or discussion stage
5. Target & Performance Management
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly meeting targets
- Track conversion metrics from calls to meetings
- Contribute towards team-level revenue and pipeline goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in:
- Inside Sales
- Tele calling / Cold Calling
- Business Development
- Client Coordination or Pre-Sales
- Strong verbal communication skills (English + Tamil preferred)
- Confidence in speaking with senior stakeholders
- Basic understanding of B2B services is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
