Job Description

To drive B2B and B2C gift sales by actively identifying and converting leads, building and maintaining strong corporate and retail client relationships, and achieving sales targets through in-store interactions, online channels, and field sales activities. The role involves understanding client requirements, proposing suitable gifting solutions, coordinating with internal teams for customization and timely delivery, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales experience that results in customer satisfaction and repeat business

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential corporate and retail clients.

Attend exhibitions, stalls, and networking events to gather leads.

Cold-calling, email outreach, and WhatsApp follow-ups.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable gifting solutions.

Coordinate customisation and timely order fulfillment.

Follow-up post-delivery for client feedback and repeat orders.

Maintain Excel for client database and daily sales updates.

Work with the design and packaging team to meet client expectations.

Propose and execute promotional activities or gifting campaigns.

Liaise with marketing team for leads from ads and social media.

Work with logistics for deliveries and status updates.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Suggest new gifting trends and competitor strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

6m2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Additional certification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince and build long-term client relationships.

Good knowledge of gifting products, trends, and corporate gifting needs.

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, email writing, and WhatsApp business communication.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Time management and multitasking ability.

Problem-solving attitude and customer service focus.

Experience in corporate gifting, retail sales, or field sales is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
