Description

The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, ensuring customer requirements are met with the right solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and capabilities to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and RFP responses.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and sales team members.
• Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and identify new opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in a sales engineering role or similar technical sales position.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Proficiency in software tools relevant to sales engineering (e.g., CRM software, presentation tools).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with cross-functional departments.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
