Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and project specifications.
- Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Strong communication, client interaction, field visits, quotation follow-up, having experience in managing sales approx. product cost 15 lacs above independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools is a plus.
