This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support the sales process, conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, and addressing client inquiries. The role involves collaborating with sales and engineering teams, identifying client needs, developing customized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support.

• Strong proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to effectively assist in creating and delivering technical solutions.
• Excellent Sales and Communication skills to identify client needs, present solutions, and build strong relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional Customer Service and resolving client concerns promptly.
• Proven aptitude for problem-solving and technical analysis tailored to customer business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt within a dynamic hybrid environment.
• Past experience in industrial design, engineering, or technical project management is a plus.
