Role Description

Sales Engineer responsible for driving sales of pump solutions across various industries in assigned region. Responsibilities include supporting sales efforts, delivering technical expertise, collaborating with the technical team, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate pump solutions, preparing technical proposals, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales development - Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory, Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Technical Support & Solutions - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pump solutions
• Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Market Intelligence - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Coordination & Reporting
• Experience in market segments like chemical, wastewater etc
• A proactive approach, with a zeal for exploring new markets and book orders
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with an ability to negotiate with prospects and customers
• Willingness to travel
