Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in the genset industry to join our team. This full-time position is based in Andheri, Mumbai, requiring a work experience of 3 to 4 years. The ideal candidate will possess significant sales expertise, focusing on promoting our high-quality diesel generator sets, enhancing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must demonstrate proficiency in technical sales, as it's a mandatory skill integral to this role.
• Ability to manage key accounts with strategic insight to foster long-term customer relationships.
• Proven skills in lead generation, identifying potential customers, and converting opportunities into sales.
• Excellent communication skills essential for effective negotiation, presentation, and client engagement.
• Ability to conduct contract negotiations confidently, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
• Technical knowledge of Genset products to adequately address client requirements and technical inquiries.
• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Btech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
