Sales Engineer

Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, driving sales through effective communication and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Support the sales team in technical discussions and respond to RFPs/RFQs with detailed technical specifications.
• Provide training and support to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation of products.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficient in using CRM software and technical documentation tools.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with software applications relevant to the industry (e.g., CAD tools, simulation software).
