About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible

Electrical Panel Workshop Supervisor to lead production activities for LV Control Panels (MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, APFC, IMCC, Distribution Panels).

The ideal candidate must have hands-on panel building experience, strong team handling capability, and a commitment to timely & quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan & monitor daily production as per project schedule

Supervise panel assembly, wiring & testing activities

Read GA, SLD, wiring drawings and guide technicians

Coordinate with purchase, stores & design teams for material flow

Conduct inspection, FAT, QC documentation & reporting

Ensure adherence to IEC 61439, safety & 5S standards

Control rework, resource utilization & workshop discipline

Required Skills

1. Panel Assembly, Wiring, Testing

2. Knowledge of MCC/PCC/PLC/VFD/APFC Panels

3. Drawing reading ability SLD / Control Schematics / GA

4. Knowledge of electrical components & sizing

5. Team Management + Leadership

6. Problem solving, decision making, time management

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics

Minimum 4 years in panel manufacturing

Supervisory experience preferred
