Job Description

  • Market creation for FPI product lines across All segments in India.
  • Develop, implement, and manage business plan for driving sales objectives for the assigned region
  • Map Territory and Identify opportunities for growth in steel, cement, glass & automotive segment
  • Define local go to market strategy as per opportunities in the geography in the process instruments market
  • Strategic planning -Developing the pipeline / funnel for new business for the organization
  • Identify potential customers and decision makers within the client organization & Key Account Management.
  • Build relationships with new customers & lock rate contract with the existing clients
  • Excellent customers connect and Cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business
  • Devise product promotional plans and planning of special schemes as and when needed
  • Market research (market/segment specific), analysis and update to the sales team & CPs
  • Represent Fluke at various events and activities as organized by Fluke or external parties
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
