Job Description

Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Rajkot/Ahmedabad/Surat/Baroda

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories or industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.

Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Coordinate with engineering and production teams for customized solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Update CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering field.

1+ years of experience in technical sales or industrial sales.

Strong technical understanding of products and applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
