Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical consultation during the sales process, collaborating with stakeholders, and demonstrating how Solvexis solutions meet client needs. Daily tasks include offering pre-sales technical support, delivering product presentations, and addressing technical challenges. The role also involves working closely with sales and technical teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery, maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to post-sale success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide solutions tailored to client requirements
  • Strong skills in sales and customer service to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical concepts aligning with client business needs
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to address technical challenges efficiently
  • Experience in similar roles or fields will be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
