Roles & Responsibilities
Revenue Target
- Achieve 100% Sales Targets & Collections.
- Identify opportunities through industry research & inquiries.
- Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting key decision makers.
- Track progress against sales targets and take corrective action with corporate office if required.
- Sales order planning, revenue forecasting, and market expansion planning.
- Conduct monthly reviews with the sales team.
Team Building
- Drive the team to achieve organizational goals in terms of ethics, revenue & profitability.
- Train and mentor sales team on sales strategies, industry insights & product features.
Operations
- Travel within India & internationally for sales and customer meetings.
- Manage partner & channel relationships.
- Work with the marketing team for lead generation.
- Represent the company in expos and trade fairs.
- Manage project operations from sales closure to execution.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support project delivery teams during implementation & handover.
- Meet customers to resolve implementation and support escalations.
- Handle strategic accounts and ensure regular engagement.
- Provide updates to customers on new developments and product innovations.
Experience & Knowledge
Must Have:
- Strong domain experience in Water Treatment Projects (ETP, STP, WTP), UPVC Pipes, Pumps, Steel Tanks, SMC Panel Tanks, and Liquid Storage Solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Consultative Sales Approach with strong solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent product demonstration & presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with quick & accurate decision making.
- Experience in handling large-scale industrial projects.
- Ability & willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).
