Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, identifying and addressing their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Duties include managing client relationships, delivering product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the individual will assist in the development of sales strategies and ensure a superior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and ability to understand and explain technical details
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to effectively manage client relationships
• Exceptional Communication skills for delivering presentations and coordinating with teams
• Proficiency in Technical Support, identifying client needs, and providing apt solutions
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with industrial piping systems is a plus
