Role Description
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
• Identify potential customers and develop strong sales pipelines.
• Promote company products related to motion control and automation solutions.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical discussions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and execution.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
Qualifications (Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• Strong knowledge of industrial products and field sales processes.
• Basic technical understanding of automation/motion control systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field sales pressure.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good problem-solving and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
