Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing and delivering technical sales presentations, and providing technical support to clients. The role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team with in-depth technical knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship management
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members
• Ability to understand and convey technical concepts clearly
• Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and experience in working in on-site roles
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
• Experience in industrial or technical sales is a plus
