Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Ahmedabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding clients technical requirements, providing customized solutions, and supporting the sales process. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, offering product demonstrations, providing technical consultations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with technical teams to address customer needs is a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Customer Service to address client needs and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
  • Technical or engineering degree is preferred
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous
