Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Engineer. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored technical solutions. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and executing sales strategies to meet company objectives. The Sales Engineer will also be involved in presenting product recommendations and designs while maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in technical and sales-related skills, including technical solution development, proposal creation, and client communication
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and business development
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding customer-centric solutions
  • Experience or knowledge in the building materials or infrastructure industry is an advantage
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred
  • Background in sales or marketing with a results-oriented approach is advantageous
