Job Description

Identify and develop new clients within the assigned region who can benefit from the company's medical devices and equipment
Travel to customer locations to promote products, demonstrate solutions, and generate business opportunities
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure sustained business growth
Understand, manage, and interpret customer requirements to recommend suitable products and solutions
Present product features and benefits to address customer needs effectively
Prepare accurate quotations and pricing based on customer requirements and cost analysis
Handle tender documentation and support contract finalization activities
Close sales by finalizing terms and conditions in line with company policies
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Manage and administer client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and service support
Analyze sales performance and cost structures to improve profitability
Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for head office review
Achieve assigned sales targets on a regular basis
Maintain and update client contact details and sales records systematically
Coordinate sales projects with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Work closely with sales team members and technical experts to deliver effective solutions
