Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and developing tailored solutions to meet client requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through effective technical presentations and proposals. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions and insights.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and ability to develop customized technical solutions according to client needs.
  • Strong skills in Technical Support and problem-solving to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service with a commitment to delivering a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Technical qualifications in engineering or a related field, with relevant certifications being an added advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic client needs.
  • Prior experience in the industrial automation or machine safety sector is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary to meet with clients or attend technical events.
