Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Vadodara, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, understanding customer requirements, presenting technical solutions, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, addressing customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, including listening, presenting, and negotiation
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them effectively to clients
- Proficiency in problem-solving and providing customer-centric solutions
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
