Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Vadodara. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving client queries, building and maintaining relationships with customers, assisting the sales team in achieving objectives, identifying customer needs, and delivering suitable engineering solutions. The role involves working closely with both engineering and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills to understand and address client requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of engineering principles and technical problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software tools is a plus
