Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, located in Vadodara with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, presenting technical solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to identify customer needs. Additional responsibilities will include preparing proposals, effectively communicating product benefits to potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships for ongoing business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to apply technical expertise to meet client requirements
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
- Problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and adaptability to dynamic environments
- Technical or Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms is an advantage
