Sales Engineer (Mechanical)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer (Mechanical) located in Vadodara. The Sales Engineer will perform tasks such as developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical solutions to customer inquiries, supporting sales efforts with product knowledge, and presenting proposals to meet clients needs. Coordinating with internal engineering and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Sales Engineering and Sales processes
• Proficiency in Technical Support and problem-solving related to mechanical systems
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent education/training is highly preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or technical sales is an advantage
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
