  • Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to support business development for electronics assembly and repair products (EARP). The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing technical sales support across EMS, aerospace, and defense sectors.

The position requires a combination of technical understanding and customer-facing sales experience in industrial or electronic manufacturing environments.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of electronics assembly and repair products, including soldering, cleaning, and dispensing solutions
  • Engage with customers across EMS, aerospace, and defense industries
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for product demonstrations and solution alignment
  • Support product trials, evaluations, and customer onboarding
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to progress opportunities and close deals
  • Track sales pipeline and meet assigned targets
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor products and pricing trends
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Ensure timely communication and relationship management with key stakeholders
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial or technical sales
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing materials or equipment sales is preferred
  • Understanding of EMS, aerospace, or defense industry environments
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations
