KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Business Development and Sales
- Customer Relation Management
- Achieve Sales Target in specified time frame
REPORTING TO: Sales Manager
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Meeting Customers – Ceramic Industry in particularly in Morbi and other parts of Gujarat.
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Entire Process from Inquiry to Execution of Orders in SAP.
- Costing & Calculations of Offers and Shipments, maintaining profitability.
- Systemized follow-up with customers for open offers and its status.
- Giving periodic update and information to Customers regarding their Order status & delivery.
- Timely review on the payment terms and suggest credit period wherever required to the Sales Manager/HOD.
- Follow up on payments and highlighting on long outstanding and unresolved queries.
- Warehouse Analysis and Inventory management.
- Understanding local market and developing Local vendors for spares.
- Doing Data Analysis & Submitting periodical reports on sales performance.
- Any other task entrusted by the manager.
