Responsibilities
- Understanding of customer requirements / market segment and the trends.
- Introduction of latest products and technical updates to the customers.
- Record customer visit, and update CRM entries regularly.
- Regular Coordination with internal Logistic and Technical team.
- New customer development by following up on leads and prospecting.
- Follow up quotations, commercial negotiations, and persuade/convince customer to place the order with us.
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills
- Command over Excel, Power point, Word
