JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation- Sales Engineer

Work Location- Nashik

Experience- 4-6 years

Products- Rittal, Enclosure Systems, Cooling Units, MCC, Capacitors, Connectors, Power Supplies

Skill Set:

  1. Consultative selling approach
  2. Product demonstration & technical presentations
  3. Opportunity identification & pipeline management
  4. Negotiation and commercial closing skills
  5. Strong customer relationship management
  6. Understanding of pricing, margins
  7. Coordination with internal teams (design, supply chain, service, finance)
  8. Documentation & reporting
  9. Pre-sales and post-sales support
  10. Proposal & quotation preparation

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Ensure healthy order booking and revenue realization.
  3. Identify and convert new customers, projects, and opportunities.
  4. Expand business in assigned territories/segments.
  5. Manage and grow business from existing key accounts.
  6. Maintain strong customer relationships and upsell/cross-sell.
  7. Maintain partner /vendor team relationship, Collaborative working
  8. Submit weekly/monthly reports on time.
  9. Follow internal processes, CRM updates, and documentation norms.
