As an Authorized Dealer and Channel Partner of Kirloskar Brothers Limited, Renflo works closely with a leading global pump manufacturer. Team members collaborate with customers across diverse industries, helping them optimize performance, reduce downtime, and extend equipment life.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, prepare quotations, and present fluid handling solutions that align with customer requirements. Responsibilities include conducting technical assessments of pump systems and spares, coordinating with internal technical teams, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and product demonstrations to negotiation and order closure. The Sales Engineer will maintain regular contact with customers, address service or performance concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets and reporting on market trends.
Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, including relationship building and account management.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Familiarity with industrial pumps, fluid handling systems, or rotating equipment is highly preferred.
  • Comfort working on-site with customers, including occasional travel to industrial locations as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management abilities, with a focus on achieving measurable sales results.
  • Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) to manage pipelines and reporting.
