We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth across industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of mechanical products and proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and generate new leads in targeted industrial markets.
- Visit customers regularly to promote mechanical products such as Pumps, Valves, Compressors, Gear Boxes, and Heat Exchangers.
- Understand technical requirements, prepare quotations, and offer suitable product solutions to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal design, service, and production teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business accounts.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial product sales & marketing.
- Experience with mechanical equipment (Pumps, Valves, Compressors, Gear Boxes, Heat Exchangers, etc.) either at a manufacturer or authorized dealer.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex products to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications, experience, and market standards.
Age: Max 45 years
Location: Ahmedabad (with field travel as required)
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Products
Industry Exposure: Pumps, Valves, Compressors, Gear Boxes, Heat Exchangers, or other mechanical equipment (Experience with a Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer is preferred)
Salary up to 7.20 LPA based on Current Salary and Experience.
