Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients while driving sales initiatives. This role requires engaging with customers to identify their needs, presenting customized solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales process. The Sales Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client requirements and market demands.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales principles and client relationship management
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in technical sales or a similar role is a plus
