Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical support, understanding customer needs, and offering solutions for fluid and industrial pump systems. Primary tasks include proposing and selling products, providing technical consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience Required

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working under a dealership environment will be an added advantage.

Salary

12-20k Per Month

Qualifications

• Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions.
• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales processes to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Strong Technical Support skills, offering guidance and solutions for industrial pump systems.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships with clients and address inquiries effectively.
• Relevant technical education or engineering degree is preferred.
• Proven work experience in sales or technical roles within industrial or engineering sectors is advantageous.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
