Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales / Product Consultant who can own the complete sales cycle for complex, high-value industrial products.

This is not a volume sales role.

This role requires technical understanding, consultative selling, and strong deal ownership.

You will work closely with founders, engineering, and operations teams to convert customer requirements into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities for CNC machines and manufacturing solutions
  • Lead client meetings, technical discussions, demos, and negotiations
  • Understand customer manufacturing challenges and position Mechinex solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to customize solutions when required
  • Manage CRM, sales pipeline, forecasting, and deal closure timelines
  • Represent Mechinex at industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings
  • Mentor and guide junior sales members as the team scales

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B or technical product sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value or complex deals
  • Strong understanding of industrial machinery, CNC, manufacturing, or capital equipment (preferred)
  • Ability to engage with factory owners, production heads, and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership mindset
