Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Qualification - DEEE / B.E.EEE/ECE must
Experience - 5 to 8 years in the electrical manufacturing or engineering sector.
  • Handle sales process: Lead generation, customer interactions, proposal preparation, negotiation, objection handling, and order closing.
  • Manage customer relationships, including government tenders/projects and domestic Indian clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high responsiveness and effective communication.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, quotations, and documentation using MS Office tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, projects , logistics, etc.) for smooth order executing
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or similar role
  • Strong exposure to government business handling and Indian customer management.
  • Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Confident communicator (verbal and written) with a self-driven and proactive attitude.
  • Very responsive and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for report generation and submission.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of government tender processes is a plus.
