Job Description:
Marley Fans, a leading manufacturer of Industrial HVLS Fans and ventilation solutions, is looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales, develop new business opportunities, and support customers with effective product solutions.
This role involves field sales, client interaction, and technical support, focused on industrial, commercial, and project-based customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Industrial HVLS Fans and ventilation products to dealers, distributors, consultants, and project clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market visits, cold calls, and references
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and assist in negotiations and order closure
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, and sales pipeline to ensure timely closure
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information
- Participate in exhibitions, demos, and promotional activities as required
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Basic to good technical understanding of electrical/mechanical products
- Ability to explain products and solutions clearly to customers
- Willingness to travel for field sales and site visits
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Education:
- BE / B.Tech Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- MBA in Marketing
Languages Known:
- English, Hindi (Regional language will be an added advantage)
