Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical support for clients, preparing and delivering product presentations, and assisting customers with technical solutions. The role also involves driving sales growth by identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales strategies.
- Experience providing Technical Support and demonstrating product solutions to clients.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- A degree in engineering or a related technical field is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in the oil & gas, chemical, or power industries is a plus.
