Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Engineer at UNISON HOLDINGS PVT LTD. The Sales Engineer will focus on identifying business opportunities, collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include participating in sales presentations, offering technical support, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the seamless integration of the company's products with client systems.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales to identify, pitch, and close business opportunities effectively.
  • Strong Technical Support skills to assist clients in understanding and implementing technical solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and project objectives.
  • Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • Prior experience in the environmental or water treatment industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant sales or project management tools is advantageous.
