Sales Engineer

Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for bridging technical solutions and customer requirements. This position involves identifying customer needs, presenting SMT and Final Assembly equipment solutions.

The role includes conducting product demonstrations, providing technical clarification.

Day-to-day activities also include responding to customer inquiries, offering post-sales technical support, maintaining strong client relationships.

The Sales Engineer will be expected to visit customer sites when required, maintain market knowledge and contribute to sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand customer applications and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the sales process, nurture relationships and support customers.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Engineering degree or diploma (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics) and experience in industrial automation, electronics, or automotive sectors is preferred.
