Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer for a full-time on-site role at our Ahmedabad office. The selected candidate will engage in technical sales activities, provide product demonstrations, and offer technical support to clients. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing product recommendations, managing customer relationships, and working collaboratively with the sales team to drive revenue and achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to assist clients in identifying appropriate solutions and resolving technical concerns
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in problem-solving and technical analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience in industrial product sales is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
